Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payment Terms​

• Accepted payment methods:

  • Our online booking system (payments in MXN $ and USD $)

  • Bank Transfer (payments in MXN $ and USD $)

  • Cash (payments in MXN $, USD $ and EUR), deposit must be paid via wire transfer or card.

• A 50% deposit is required to be paid within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.

• In case of cash payments the remaining balance is due upon arrival.

• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• All prices include end-of-stay cleaning. 
   

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a charge of 80% of the total booking amount. Under special circumstances we may allow you to rebook your stay at a later date. 

• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.
   

3. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: Starting 3:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
   

4. House Rules

Guests must follow all house rules, these can be found here. ​

Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund or additional charges.
 

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible to leave the property in a good state during their stay and upon their check out.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents.

• Any damage or missing items can be charged to the guest in full plus the costs that occur to replace it.

• Guests must report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
   

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Pumba’s Paradise is not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Injuries or accidents occurring on the property.

• Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
   

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather

• Government restrictions

• Pandemics

• Power outages or water shortages
   

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from your stay will be governed by the laws of Mexico.

• We encourage resolving issues amicably before pursuing legal action.
   

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
